Terms of Service & License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or acquiring a license for OmniLead Hub (operated by Hamza Shahid under Soloship Studio at soloship.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the extension and discontinue use.

2. Permitted & Lawful Use

OmniLead is an automation and productivity assistant designed for legitimate sales representatives, agency owners, and recruiters. You agree that:

• You will use OmniLead in strict adherence to all applicable international privacy, electronic communications, and anti-spam legislation (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and CASL).
• You will not abuse the software to flood, spam, harass, or conduct denial-of-service attempts against any web server, platform, or individual.
• You assume full legal responsibility for any outreach communications, pitches, or commercial relationships initiated with contacts extracted through the tool.

3. Plans, License Tiers & Limits

• Free Starter Plan: The Free evaluation tier is strictly capped at 100 total leads stored in your local Chrome sandbox storage. Free accounts do not include cloud database backups or cross-device sync.
• Starter ($9/mo): Up to 5,000 verified leads per month, core Google Maps, Yelp, and YellowPages scrapers, and 1,000 email enrichment runs.
• Pro Hunter ($29/mo): Up to 25,000 verified leads per month, encrypted Firebase Cloud Sync & real-time backup, 10,000 email enrichments, AI cold pitch generator, and webhook pipeline.
• Advanced Agency ($79/mo): Unlimited leads per month, team multi-seat license support, continuous cloud sync, and priority 24/7 support.

4. 14-Day Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality and performance of OmniLead. We provide a transparent 14-day money-back guarantee:

• Eligibility: If OmniLead does not work as advertised on supported platforms or you experience technical issues our engineering team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.
• Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account settings or by emailing support. Your access will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• How to Claim: Email info@soloship.store (or shipwithhamza@gmail.com) with your purchase email address. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Secure Payment & Licensing

All commercial transactions and licenses are securely processed through encrypted payment providers. We provide genuine license keys for software activation.

6. Limitation of Liability

OmniLead is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted service. Third-party web directories frequently change their DOM structures. While our engineering team pushes regular compatibility updates, Soloship Studio is not liable for account suspensions or layout changes by third-party directory sites.
